Hun Manet (Pic. 1), Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and Commander of Royal Cambodian Army, cuts red ribbon while he was presiding over here this morning the inauguration ceremony of new school buildings of three schools – Samdech Techo Hun Sen Dangkor Primary and Secondary School, Spean Thmar Primary School (Khan Dangkor), and Prek Pra Krom Primary School (Khan Chbar Ampov).
